Delivery

• When will I receive my order?
  Different Brands/Suppliers vary on delivery times. All delivery dates are estimated from the supplier. The supplier may call direct to arrange a delivery date and time, please ensure all calls are followed up to arrange a convenient delivery. Once received, all goods must be checked immediately incase of any damages, any damages must be acknowledged with the courier and ourselves. *We highly recommend not to book any contractors or installers until all goods have been received and checked.* **Covid-19** Please be advised we are currently unable to guarantee delivery dates. Our suppliers are working hard to advise us about possible delays and we will always try our best to keep you updated. We appreciate your understanding during this unprecedented time.
• Can you deliver to my address?
  Yes, some suppliers offer this FOC however please be advised charges may apply.
• Do you offer free collection from your showroom?
  Yes we can offer a free collection service from our Hadleigh showroom. Please note this may not always be possible depending on quantity and demand.
• What is your returns policy?
  Any bespoke, special and coloured radiators are non returnable. All other items may occur a re-stocking charge if you do decide to return or exchange the item. Please contact the Showroom to advise.
• What if you cannot fulfil my order?
  If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund

Products

• Are all radiators kept in stock?
  Most Suppliers offer popular sizes and colour options depending on the product in stock as standard. Please call the showroom and we can check this for you.
• Where can I find a colour match radiator or bespoke made colours?
  Depending on supplier this can be possible, please call our showroom or pop in to see some of our samples. Sample swatches may also be available.
• What types of radiators are suitable for traditional properties?
  Cast Iron or Column radiators are a popular choice for a more traditional property.
• What are the different fuel types?
  Central Heating Dual fuel Electric only
• Are cast iron radiators as efficient as mild steel?
  Yes they are just as efficient. Cast Iron tends to take longer to heat up, however the heat will last much longer.
• What towel rail works best in a bathroom?
  Stainless steel is always a great choice, it will not corrode and is very hygienic. Therefore this will also last a lot longer.
• How can I work out my pipe centres?
  Pipe centres is the distance between the centre of the two pipes used to connect the radiator. These measurements can differ depending on the where the radiator valves are located, known as ports, (see differences below;) 1. Ports which are on the outside of the radiator are calculated by adding 90mm to the width of the radiator 2. Ports located underneath the radiator can differ depending on the radiator. This can be found in the specification table on each individual product. Please call our showroom if you need any further assistance.
• What orientation of valves do I need?
  1.Ports on the outside of the radiator: Floor = Angled / Wall = Corner 2.Ports located underneath: Floor = Straight / Wall = Angled 3. Ports inside the radiator: Floor or wall, use Angled valves.
• What is the difference between BTU and Watts and how do I convert?
  British Thermal Unit and Watts measure heat output. To convert BTUs to watts divide BTU by 3.412. To convert watts to BTU multiply your watts by 3.412.
• Can any radiator come in electric?
  Not all radiators are available in electric only. Many of our suppliers have a great range of options for you to chose from.

Installation

• Do you offer installation?
  The answer is yes! Luke Whitwell (MD) also runs 'Whitwell Services' along side 'Nevelli' which is a very successful plumbing and heating company. We have a team of specialised installers at hand to help answer any queries you have about installation.
• Do you offer fitting instructions?
  We would always advise a professional to install your radiator(s) and we can request fitting instructions via our suppliers.
• Do you install in my area?
  We install within 30 miles of Hadleigh,Suffolk however if you are outside of this area, please call the showroom and we will always try to see if we can help.
